Yes. $299 a year per camp covers everything Pilot does for that camp. There are no per-asset fees, no per-signup fees, and we never take a cut of your camp’s revenue.
Each camp is $299 a year. Two camps is $299 twice — no tier to upgrade to and no bundle to outgrow. Add one from the camp switcher whenever you need it, and it is ready the moment the payment clears.
You get the full experience for 14 days: Pilot interviews you, fills the Brain, and starts delivering finished work. No card required — you only pay if you decide to keep him.
Each distinct camp program — a summer flag football camp, a winter swim intensive — counts as one. Multiple sessions of the same camp count as one camp.
Yes. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing. There is nothing to cancel after that either — we hold no card, so a paid year simply runs out. Pilot works to the end of it, and everything he made stays yours.
We never stored your card, so nothing charges itself. About two weeks before your year is up, Camp Pilots starts reminding you, and paying for the next year is one button in Settings. Pay early and the days you have left are added on, never lost.
None. That’s the point — you talk about your camp for ten minutes, and Pilot turns it into posters, pages, posts, and plans. You just review and approve.
